Coffman Concessions Thank You
Cherie and I would like to thank all of the parents (and students) who worked in the concession stand this fall. We appreciate all of the support from wonderful parents, our Crew Leaders and a few others.
Robin Miller, Tim & Tina Jamison, Jane Ludwig and Ann Daugherty carried the load each week as Crew Leaders.
Special thanks to Karen Albrecht for scheduling volunteers with a schedule that fluctuated almost weekly. Loren Pusey for doing some banking, purchasing and setup on larger events and Sarah Cheslock for organizing our money counting crew for the large events.
Even though these people put in a great deal of time, effort and energy into the concession stand, we couldn't have done it without you.
Whether it was selling ice cream in the cold, making popcorn in the heat, making hot chocolate as fast as the machines would make it and still not being about to catch up, or scooping 1,500 cups of ice for cold pop in a night, we appreciate all of the work that you did.
- If you know how long to microwave frozen pretzels
- If you know how to much popcorn to put in a 32 oz. cooker
- If you know what kind of pizza we have only sold for 12+ years
- If you know what kind of Gatorade we sel
- If you know what the $.25 candy is
- If you know which stand you can see most of the field
- If you know what temperatures hot dogs have to be
Then you must be a Band Parent!!! And if you don't know these things, we will see you in the Spring and Summer for our concession events because our Concession work is all year long.
Thanks Dean & Cherie Mayfield
